Mia McLaughlin — Founder
Mia is a 22 year old from Denver, Colorado. She has a B.A. in Psychology and French from the University of Denver. Mia went to Haiti for the first time when she was 16 with Blake and Marci LaMunyon of Hope Rising Haiti. She has been drawn to Haiti ever since and wants to serve Jesus in Haiti for the rest of her life.
Wilfrid and Enel — Liasions
Wilfrid Louissiant (left) is a faithful servant of Jesus and his community. He has worked for GVCM and Hope Rising Haiti for 20 years and acts as a translator and liaison, while also working full time at the GVCM Farm. Wilfrid is our main point of contact on the ground and one of my dearest friends. This organization would simply not exist without his help.
Enel Thomas (right) also works for Hope Rising Haiti and GVCM. Enel translates, speaks to families, and discerns needs. I owe my life to these men and Jesus is using them in incredible ways. Thank the Lord for their faithfulness.
